We're on the hunt for a Senior Paid Media Manager to join a growing team that's passionate about performance, collaboration and delivering brilliant results for some exciting consumer brands.

What you'll be getting stuck into:

  • Building and delivering paid media strategies across Paid Search and Paid Social.
  • Working with a portfolio of Retail & Ecommerce clients.
  • Managing campaigns from strategy through to optimisation and reporting.
  • Identifying new opportunities to improve performance and maximise ROI.
  • Testing, learning and scaling campaigns using data-driven insights.
  • Working closely with clients, building trusted relationships and presenting campaign performance with confidence.
  • Collaborating with a talented team who genuinely enjoy what they do.

What we're looking for:

  • 4+ years' experience managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience working with Retail or Ecommerce clients (agency experience is a big plus).
  • Confident analysing data and turning insights into action.
  • Someone who's proactive, curious and always looking for ways to improve performance.
  • Great communication skills with the confidence to speak with clients.
