The Opportunity

Our client, a specialist recruitment and search firm, is hiring a Sales Director to lead and grow its Technology / IT recruitment offering. This role exists because demand has outgrown the current commercial structure. The business needs a senior sales leader who can win new clients, build long-term partnerships, and bring consistency to business development — not someone focused purely on managing legacy accounts.

The Role

  • Own and drive new business across Technology / IT recruitment
  • Win and develop long-term client partnerships
