Are you a strategic PPC leader ready to take ownership of a growing performance function? We're hiring a PPC Director to lead strategy, performance, and team development for a fast-scaling digital agency in London, driving measurable growth for ambitious entertainment and ecommerce brands.
The Role
You'll own the PPC vision and strategy across multiple high-value accounts, overseeing campaign direction, budget allocation, innovation, and team performance. As a senior leader, you'll combine hands-on expertise with commercial oversight—ensuring best-in-class execution while identifying new growth opportunities for clients and the agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead PPC strategy across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Display
- Own forecasting, budget allocation, and performance targets across key accounts
- Drive account structure, bidding strategies, and testing roadmaps to maximise ROI
- Oversee tracking, attribution, and measurement frameworks (GA4, GTM, conversion APIs)
- Present strategic insights and performance updates to senior client stakeholders
- Identify growth opportunities including new markets, betas, and automation solutions
- Mentor and develop PPC Managers and Executives, building a high-performing team
- Support new business pitches and contribute to agency growth strategy
What You Bring
- 6+ years' experience in PPC with significant agency experience
- Proven track record of managing large budgets and delivering strong ROAS/CPA performance
- Strong leadership experience with direct line management responsibility
- Advanced knowledge of bidding strategies, attribution models, and incrementality testing
- High proficiency in GA4, GTM, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets
- Commercial mindset with experience in forecasting and revenue planning
- Confident communicator with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
Salary & Benefits
