We're partnering with a leading London-based agency working with prestigious luxury brands across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, travel, and premium consumer sectors. They're looking for a Spanish-speaking Paid Media Manager to join their growing performance marketing team.

The Role

  • You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns across multiple luxury clients, helping deliver exceptional performance while maintaining premium brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop media strategies aligned with client objectives and luxury brand standards.
  • Monitor performance, analyse results, and implement optimisation recommendations.
  • Prepare client reports and present campaign insights and recommendations.
  • Manage budgets and ensure efficient media spend allocation.
  • Collaborate with account management, creative, and analytics teams.
  • Support new business opportunities and media planning proposals where required.

Requirements

  • Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • 2+ years' experience in paid media/performance marketing.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Agency experience preferred.
  • Experience working with luxury, premium, fashion, beauty, travel, or lifestyle brands is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence presenting to clients.
  • Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, and reporting tools.
