An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Spanish-speaking Paid Media Manager to join one of the world's fastest-growing digital marketing agencies. With over 4,000 employees worldwide and continued investment across its international teams, this agency is experiencing significant growth and is looking to strengthen its Paid Media offering with an ambitious and commercially minded individual.
Working across a portfolio of Retail & Ecommerce clients, you'll be responsible for planning, managing and optimising integrated Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns, helping clients achieve measurable business growth.
The Role
- Manage end-to-end Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across a portfolio of Retail & Ecommerce clients.
- Develop and implement data-driven media strategies that align with client objectives.
- Optimise campaigns to maximise performance across key KPIs including ROAS, CPA and revenue.
- Analyse campaign performance and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on paid media strategy.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver integrated digital marketing campaigns.
- Stay up to date with platform developments, industry trends and emerging opportunities.
About You
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Proven experience managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns.
- Strong hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager and other relevant paid media channels.
- Experience working with Retail and Ecommerce brands, either agency or client side.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach with a passion for performance marketing.
