Are you a Paid Media Manager who loves turning ad spend into real commercial growth? We’re looking for a talented Paid Media Manager to join a growing team in London, working across exciting D2C and retail brands. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the numbers, knows their way around Google Ads and Meta, and genuinely enjoys finding new ways to improve performance.
If you’re commercially minded, analytical and passionate about growth marketing, this could be a great next move.
THE ROLE
You’ll take ownership of paid media campaigns across Paid Search and Paid Social, helping D2C and retail brands acquire customers, scale revenue and maximise return on their marketing investment. You’ll be involved from strategy through to execution. That means planning campaigns, launching them, testing new ideas, analysing performance and constantly looking for opportunities to drive better results. This isn't about simply keeping campaigns running. It’s about finding ways to grow them.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Managing and optimising Google Ads / PPC campaigns
- Planning and running Paid Social campaigns across Meta
- Developing paid media and growth strategies for D2C brands
- Managing budgets and allocating spend based on performance
- Driving customer acquisition and eCommerce revenue
- Running tests across audiences, creative, messaging and landing pages
- Analysing performance and identifying opportunities for growth
- Working across key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CAC, conversion rate and revenue
- Bringing new ideas to improve campaign performance
- Working with creative teams to develop performance-focused ad creative
- Identifying what isn't working — and knowing what to do about it
- Helping brands scale efficiently and profitably
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You’ll already have hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, ideally within D2C, eCommerce or retail. You’re comfortable inside the platforms and equally comfortable looking at the bigger commercial picture. We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong Google Ads / PPC experience
- Hands-on Meta Ads experience
- Experience working with D2C, eCommerce or retail brands
- A genuine growth marketing mindset
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data
- Experience managing and optimising meaningful media budgets
- A test-and-learn approach to performance marketing
- A strong understanding of acquisition metrics including ROAS, CPA and CAC
- The ability to turn data into ideas and action
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with platforms such as Google Analytics, GA4, Google Merchant Center, Performance Max, TikTok Ads or other paid social channels would also be a bonus.
WHAT MAKES SOMEONE GREAT AT THIS ROLE?
You don’t just report that ROAS has dropped. You want to know why. You’re curious about the creative. You think about the landing page. You question the audience. You look at the customer journey. You understand that great performance marketing is about more than pushing buttons inside an ad platform. It’s about understanding what makes customers buy — and using that insight to drive growth.
WHY JOIN?
You’ll have the opportunity to work with exciting brands in the D2C and retail space, with genuine ownership over performance. You’ll be encouraged to test ideas, challenge existing thinking and find new opportunities for growth. You’ll get:
- Ownership of paid media strategy and execution
- Exposure to exciting D2C and retail brands
- Responsibility for meaningful media budgets
- Freedom to test, learn and optimise
- A genuinely performance and growth-focused environment
- A collaborative team with plenty of opportunity to develop
- Flexible hybrid working
INTERESTED?
If you’re a Paid Media Manager who knows your way around Google and Meta, understands D2C and gets excited about turning performance data into growth, we’d love to hear from you.
