We're working with a leading independent media agency that partners with a range of exciting brands across retail, lifestyle, entertainment, and consumer sectors. Due to continued growth, they're looking for an Offline Account Manager with experience across Out-of-Home (OOH) and Programmatic media to join their expanding team.
The Role
As Offline Account Manager, you'll play a key role in planning, managing, and delivering integrated media campaigns, with a particular focus on OOH and Programmatic channels. You'll work closely with clients, media owners, and internal planning teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and deliver against client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of offline media campaigns, with a focus on OOH and Programmatic Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH).
- Build strong client relationships and act as a key day-to-day contact across multiple accounts.
- Support media planning, campaign strategy, and channel recommendations.
- Liaise with media owners, suppliers, and technology partners to secure the best opportunities for clients.
- Manage campaign implementation, reporting, and post-campaign analysis.
- Monitor budgets, bookings, reconciliations, and campaign performance.
- Deliver insightful reporting and present recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay informed on industry trends, innovations, and developments across OOH and Programmatic media.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in media planning, account management, or campaign management.
- Strong understanding of OOH, DOOH, and Programmatic media buying.
- Previous experience within a media agency environment.
- Experience managing client relationships and multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong commercial awareness and budget management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency with media planning and reporting tools.
- Passion for the evolving media landscape and emerging advertising technologies.
