The Role

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering social media strategies, managing online communities, creating engaging content and overseeing day-to-day social activity across multiple client accounts. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of social platforms, emerging trends and audience engagement, who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a social media role within an agency, brand or media environment
  • Proven experience developing and executing social media strategies
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, content formats, analytics and best practices
  • Excellent copywriting skills with exceptional attention to detail, grammar and tone of voice
  • Passion for social media trends, cultural moments and emerging digital opportunities
  • Experience managing online communities and representing brands across social channels
