Working across a diverse portfolio of ecommerce, retail, professional services, property, travel and consumer brands, we deliver integrated campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Analytics and Conversion Optimisation.
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead paid media activity across our client portfolio, with a particular focus on PPC and Paid Social.
THE ROLE
This is a hands-on role for an experienced performance marketer who enjoys developing strategy, managing client relationships and delivering measurable commercial results. You will oversee paid media campaigns across multiple client accounts, taking ownership of planning, execution, optimisation and reporting. While experience across both PPC and Paid Social is important, this role has a strong emphasis on Paid Search and performance-led campaign management. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you will help shape digital strategies that drive leads, sales and long-term growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Paid Search (Primary Focus)
- Develop and execute PPC strategies across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Manage campaigns across: Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, Remarketing, YouTube.
- Conduct keyword research, audience analysis and competitor reviews.
- Manage bidding strategies, budget allocation and campaign forecasting.
- Improve account performance through continuous optimisation and testing.
- Monitor and report on KPIs including ROAS, CPA, conversion rate and revenue.
- Paid Social
- Support the planning and management of Paid Social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
- Develop audience targeting and retargeting strategies.
- Work with creative teams to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor results and identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.
- Client Management
- Act as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of paid media clients.
- Lead campaign reviews and performance discussions.
- Present strategic recommendations and growth opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Ensure campaigns align with wider business objectives.
- Performance & Analytics
- Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create regular reports and performance dashboards.
- Track and measure: Leads, Revenue, ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rate, Customer Acquisition Costs.
- Provide clear, actionable recommendations based on performance data.
- Digital Strategy
- Develop integrated paid media strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Identify opportunities to expand channel activity and improve performance.
- Collaborate with SEO, Content, CRM and Analytics teams.
- Support new business pitches and strategic proposals.
- Stay informed on industry trends, platform developments and emerging technologies.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Essential
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing PPC campaigns within an agency environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Merchant Centre, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager.
- Experience managing significant media budgets.
- Strong understanding of: Search advertising, Shopping campaigns, Performance Max, Conversion tracking, Attribution, Bid strategies.
- Working knowledge of Paid Social platforms including Meta and LinkedIn.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Desirable
- Google Ads Certifications.
- Experience managing ecommerce and lead generation campaigns.
- Experience using: Looker Studio, Supermetrics, Call Tracking platforms.
- Understanding of CRO and landing page optimisation.
- Experience mentoring junior team members.
