We’re partnering with a growing independent agency looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead strategy across a mix of technical SEO, content, and organic growth campaigns. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning client relationships, building long-term SEO strategies, and working in a collaborative agency environment across a varied client portfolio.
You’ll be responsible for driving organic performance across multiple client accounts, balancing hands-on technical SEO with content strategy and broader organic growth initiatives. Working closely with PPC, content, and development teams, you’ll help shape integrated search strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Develop and lead SEO strategies across a portfolio of clients
- Carry out technical SEO audits and implement recommendations
- Manage on-page SEO including site structure, metadata, internal linking, and content optimisation
- Build and oversee content strategies focused on organic growth and search intent
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance reporting
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with developers on technical fixes and website improvements
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging SEO tools
Previous experience working within an independent digital marketing agency
Strong understanding of both technical SEO and content-led SEO strategies
Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
Understanding of Core Web Vitals, crawling/indexing, and website architecture
Experience working with ecommerce or lead generation brands
Basic understanding of paid media or integrated digital campaigns
