Are you a Paid Search specialist who knows how to balance data-driven performance with smart strategy? We’re working with a fast-growing digital agency in the London area looking for a PPC Manager to run high-impact search and display campaigns across Google, Microsoft Ads, and more.

The Role

  • You’ll take ownership of PPC campaigns end-to-end, from planning and builds through to optimisation and reporting.
  • You’ll also collaborate with SEO, content and analytics teams to make sure performance stays strong and insights turn into action.
  • Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Own keyword research and build effective bidding/targeting strategies.
  • Write and test ad copy to improve CTR and conversion rate.
  • Monitor budgets, bids, and performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS/CPA).
  • Optimise campaigns continuously to maximise ROI.
  • Produce clear performance reports and insights for clients/internal teams.
  • Stay on top of platform updates, trends, and best practice.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years hands-on PPC experience (agency or in-house).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Confident with keyword research, testing, and optimisation.
  • Data-led mindset — able to turn numbers into clear actions.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
