What You’ll Do

  • Work directly with founders, CTOs and hiring managers across London’s tech ecosystem
  • Build and nurture a strong network of top-tier tech talent
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from brief to offer
  • Develop your own market niche with autonomy and support
  • Create engaging outreach, insights and content to enhance visibility
  • Help shape hiring strategies for scaleups and tech-first businesses

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in tech recruitment (agency or in-house)
  • Understanding of engineering, product or data roles
