This desk supports companies building the next generation of digital finance, decentralised platforms and blockchain-based technologies, including exchanges, infrastructure providers, protocol teams and Web3 startups. The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building and scaling a specialist desk within the Crypto and Web3 ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing relationships with crypto, fintech and Web3 organisations
- Delivering permanent and contract recruitment across specialist engineering, product and security roles
- Owning and managing a portfolio of live vacancies
- Building and maintaining networks of hard-to-find Web3 and blockchain professionals
