About the Role

We are looking for a Programmatic Senior Executive to support the delivery of high-performing programmatic campaigns across a range of clients. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with solid programmatic trading experience who is ready to take more ownership of campaign performance, contribute to strategy, and support junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, and optimise programmatic campaigns across display, video, mobile, and CTV
  • Work within DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar platforms
  • Monitor performance and optimise campaigns against KPIs (CPM, CPA, CTR, viewability, ROAS)
  • Conduct regular analysis and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance
  • Support campaign planning, including audience targeting and inventory selection
  • Implement and QA tracking, tagging, and campaign setup (pixels, floodlights, etc.)
  • Build and maintain performance reports for internal teams and clients
  • Stay up to date with programmatic trends, platform updates, and privacy developments
  • Support and mentor junior executives where appropriate
