About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Programmatic Consultant to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of programmatic campaigns for a range of clients. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in programmatic platforms who can combine technical expertise with strategic thinking. You will play a key role in delivering high-performing campaigns, driving innovation, and helping clients navigate the evolving programmatic landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, activate, and optimise programmatic campaigns across display, video, mobile, and CTV
- Manage campaigns within DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar platforms
- Monitor performance against KPIs (CPA, CPC, CPM, ROAS) and optimise accordingly
- Analyse campaign data and provide clear insights and strategic recommendations
- Implement audience strategies including first-party, third-party, and contextual targeting
- Work closely with data, creative, and analytics teams to improve campaign performance
- Ensure accurate tracking, tagging, and campaign setup (pixels, floodlights, etc.)
- Stay up to date with industry trends including privacy changes, cookieless solutions, and new ad formats
