The Role
We’re looking for a confident, hands-on PPC Manager who enjoys owning performance, shaping strategy, and supporting the development of others. You’ll be responsible for managing paid search activity end-to-end while leading junior team members and working closely with clients. What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and optimising PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
- Taking ownership of strategy, testing, and ongoing performance improvements
- Line managing and mentoring junior PPC team members
- Working closely with clients and internal teams to align on goals
- Analysing data and turning insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Keeping up to date with platform updates and industry best practices
