We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join a growing D2C fashion brand and lead paid media activity across key digital channels. This role is ideal for someone with strong Paid Social experience and a solid understanding of PPC, who thrives in a fast-paced eCommerce environment and is passionate about driving growth through performance marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and other key platforms
  • Support PPC activity across Google Ads including Search and Shopping
  • Own campaign planning, budget management and performance reporting
  • Drive customer acquisition and ROAS growth across D2C channels
  • Work closely with creative and eCommerce teams to improve campaign performance
  • Analyse data and identify opportunities for scaling and optimisation
  • Monitor trends, competitors and platform updates

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in performance marketing
  • Strong Paid Social experience within eCommerce or D2C brands
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads / PPC
  • Confident managing budgets and reporting on performance metrics
  • Analytical mindset with strong commercial awareness
  • Fashion, lifestyle or consumer brand experience preferred
