The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Paid Media Team Lead to own and drive performance marketing across Paid Search and Paid Social channels. This is a hands-on role with a strong strategic element, focused on maximising ticket sales and revenue through data-driven campaigns. You’ll lead a small team, set direction across channels, and work closely with wider marketing and commercial teams to optimise performance across the full funnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage and develop a team of Paid Media Executives/Managers
  • Own the Paid Media strategy across Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing) and Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
  • Plan, execute and optimise multi-channel campaigns to drive ticket sales and ROI
  • Analyse performance data, providing insights and clear recommendations for improvement
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively across channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams (CRM, Content, Partnerships) to align campaigns
  • Test and scale new channels, audiences, and creative approaches
  • Report on KPIs including ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and revenue

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns
  • Previous line management experience (or strong mentorship experience with direct reports)
  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on revenue and ROI
  • Experience working in eCommerce, ticketing, events, or high-volume B2C environments
  • Advanced knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager (TikTok a plus)
  • Confident analysing data and translating it into actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
