We’re a performance-driven digital agency helping ambitious brands scale across international markets. With a strong foothold in D2C and ecommerce, we combine data, creative, and strategy to deliver measurable growth across paid channels. As we expand further into French-speaking markets, we’re looking for a French-speaking Paid Media Manager to take ownership of campaigns and drive performance across the region.
This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll lead paid media campaigns targeting French-speaking audiences. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising campaigns across key platforms, while bringing local market insight to improve performance and relevance. You won’t just manage campaigns—you’ll shape strategy, unlock growth opportunities, and act as a key voice for French-speaking markets within the agency.
What You’ll Be Doing- Plan, launch, and optimise PPC and paid social campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms
- Own performance for French-speaking markets (France, Belgium, Switzerland, Canada)
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis tailored to French-speaking audiences
- Analyse campaign data to drive insights, performance improvements, and scaling opportunities
- Localise ad copy and messaging to resonate with French-speaking audiences
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to improve conversion rates and ROAS
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting
- Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and regional nuances
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) + strong English skills
- 3+ years’ experience in PPC / Paid Media (agency experience preferred)
- Proven experience managing campaigns in Google Ads and/or paid social platforms
- Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Experience managing budgets and scaling campaigns efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with internal teams or clients
- Experience running campaigns in French-speaking markets
- Knowledge of ecommerce and D2C brands
- Familiarity with GA4, attribution tools, or feed-based marketing
- Experience with platforms like TikTok Ads or programmatic channels
