About the Agency
We’re an independent, retail-focused digital agency working with ambitious eCommerce brands across the UK. As a remote-first business, we focus on outcomes over hours, trust over micromanagement, and creating an environment where talented people can do their best work from wherever they’re based.
The Role
We’re looking for a Paid Social Executive to join our growing team and help deliver performance-driven paid social campaigns for a portfolio of retail and eCommerce clients. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with solid paid social experience who’s confident managing campaigns end-to-end and eager to develop their strategic thinking in a supportive, remote agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and other platforms such as TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and LinkedIn where relevant
- Optimise campaigns to achieve commercial objectives including ROAS, CPA, revenue, and customer acquisition
- Build and test audiences, creatives, and campaign structures to improve performance
- Monitor budgets and pacing to ensure efficient spend
- Analyse performance data and turn insights into clear recommendations and next steps
- Produce regular reports and performance updates for clients and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams on briefs, testing plans, and optimisations
- Stay up to date with platform updates, retail trends, and paid social best practices
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years’ hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns
- Strong experience using Meta Ads Manager (essential)
- Experience working with retail or eCommerce brands
- Confident working with performance metrics and data-led decision making
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple accounts remotely
- Clear communicator, written and verbal
- Proactive, curious, and keen to keep learning
Nice to Have (But Not Essential)
- Experience with TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or Snapchat Ads
- Understanding of tracking, pixels, and conversion APIs
- Experience with feed-based or catalogue campaigns
- Agency experience
What We Offer
- Salary up to £32,000, depending on experience
- Fully remote working (UK-based)
- Flexible working hours built around core availability
- Clear progression and development opportunities
- Regular training, platform certifications, and knowledge sharing
- A supportive, collaborative team culture with no unnecessary hierarchy
