We’re working with a growing brand in the retail, eCommerce, and luxury space looking for an Italian-speaking Paid Media Director to lead performance marketing strategy across international markets. This role is ideal for a commercially driven Paid Media specialist with strong Paid Social and PPC experience, ideally within luxury, fashion, beauty, retail, or premium consumer brands.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Paid Media strategy across Italian and international markets
  • Drive online sales, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through performance marketing campaigns
  • Manage Paid Social and PPC campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms
  • Optimise campaign performance to maximise ROAS, conversions, and customer lifetime value
  • Oversee campaign budgets, reporting, forecasting, and analytics
  • Work closely with creative, brand, and eCommerce teams
  • Manage and mentor junior team members where required

Requirements

  • Fluent Italian and English language skills
  • Strong Paid Social and PPC experience
  • Proven track record driving eCommerce performance and online sales
  • Experience within retail, luxury, fashion, beauty, or premium consumer brands
  • Previous leadership or management experience
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
