Central London (Hybrid – 3 days in office). We’re working with a fast-growing independent agency looking for a Paid Media Account Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves performance marketing, enjoys managing client relationships, and wants to work across exciting ecommerce and consumer brands. You’ll take ownership of campaigns across Paid Search and Paid Social, helping clients scale through smart strategy, strong execution, and data‑led thinking.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a portfolio of ecommerce and consumer clients
- Planning, launching, and optimising PPC campaigns across Google Ads & Microsoft Ads
- Managing Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
- Leading client calls and building strong day-to-day relationships
- Producing campaign reports, insights, and performance recommendations
- Working closely with creative, SEO, and analytics teams
- Supporting with strategy, forecasting, and budget planning
- Staying on top of platform updates, trends, and new opportunities
What they’re looking for:
- 2–4 years’ experience in a Paid Media or Performance Marketing role
- Strong hands‑on experience across PPC and Paid Social
- Agency experience preferred
- Experience managing budgets and multiple client accounts
- Comfortable speaking directly with clients and presenting results
- Strong analytical mindset with confidence using GA4 and reporting tools
- Organised, proactive, and commercially minded
- Experience with feed management or shopping campaigns
- Exposure to attribution tools or CRO testing
- Knowledge of Looker Studio or Supermetrics
