A growing eCommerce business is looking for a PPC Manager to take ownership of paid search and shopping campaigns across the UK market. This role is focused on driving revenue and improving efficiency across Google Ads, with a strong emphasis on Shopping and performance-led optimisation.
As PPC Manager, you will manage day-to-day paid search and shopping activity, ensuring campaigns are delivering strong commercial results. This is a fully remote role within the UK, suited to someone comfortable working independently while owning campaign performance end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
- Monitor performance and make ongoing adjustments to improve revenue and efficiency
- Manage budgets, bids, and campaign structure
- Work with product and trading teams to align campaigns with stock, pricing, and promotions
- Analyse performance data and identify opportunities for growth
- Test new campaign types, keywords, and optimisation strategies
- Ensure tracking and reporting are accurate and reliable
- Strong experience in PPC, particularly within eCommerce or retail
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search and Shopping essential)
- Good understanding of how product data and feeds impact performance
- Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue and efficiency
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own workload
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Ads
- Familiarity with feed management tools
- Experience with GA4 or similar analytics platforms
