We’re looking for a hands-on B2B Manager to lead demand generation activity for a growing SaaS business. This role is ideal for someone who can combine digital performance marketing with event-led lead generation to build pipeline and support commercial growth. The position is weighted toward digital acquisition, with around 70% of the role focused on SEO, Paid Search, and Paid Social, and 30% focused on events. You’ll work closely with sales and wider marketing teams to attract, engage, and convert high-quality B2B leads.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and deliver the B2B marketing plan across digital and events activity.
- Manage and optimise SEO strategy to improve visibility, traffic, and organic lead generation.
- Plan, run, and optimise Paid Search campaigns to drive qualified inbound leads.
- Create and manage Paid Social campaigns across relevant platforms to support awareness and conversion.
- Track performance, report on KPIs, and use data to improve campaign efficiency.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to support event planning and execution.
- Identify relevant industry events, sponsorships, and networking opportunities.
- Ensure event activity feeds into broader demand generation and pipeline objectives.
- Collaborate with sales to align marketing activity with commercial goals and lead quality.
- Manage budgets across digital channels and events to maximise ROI.
About you:
- Experience in B2B marketing within SaaS, tech, or a similar fast‑paced environment.
- Strong working knowledge of SEO, Paid Search, and Paid Social.
- Experience planning or supporting events as part of a wider lead generation strategy.
- Comfortable working with data, reporting tools, and performance metrics.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self‑motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- 4 years experience.
- Previous experience in a SaaS or subscription‑based business.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, GA4, and major ad platforms.
- Experience supporting pipeline generation and sales alignment.
