A high-growth recruitment group is expanding its internal Rec2Rec team and is looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant to support continued hiring across multiple specialist brands. This is a high-energy, high-earning role for someone who enjoys building relationships with recruiters, influencing career moves and working closely with agency leaders to shape their teams.
The Opportunity
- You will work directly with recruitment business owners, directors and team leads to attract top-performing recruiters into growing teams.
- This is not high-volume, CV-sending Rec2Rec — it’s relationship-led, consultative and well paid.
- You will be responsible for:
- Headhunting and networking with experienced recruiters across multiple markets
- Managing a portfolio of live agency hiring briefs
- Advising recruiters on career direction, earning potential and culture fit
- Running full interview and offer processes
- Building long-term candidate and client relationships
- Developing a strong, self-sustaining talent pipeline
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in agency recruitment (Rec2Rec or sector recruiters welcome)
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Commercial awareness and drive to maximise revenue
- Comfortable managing multiple recruitment processes at once
- Motivated by high earnings and career progression
- Based in or able to commute to Manchester
