No recruitment experience? No problem.

WHAT WILL YOU ACTUALLY BE DOING?

Recruitment is part sales, part networking and part matchmaking.

You’ll spend your days:

• Speaking to candidates and finding out what they want from their next move
• Hunting down great digital marketing talent on LinkedIn and other platforms
• Building relationships with agencies, brands and hiring managers
• Learning the digital marketing industry inside out
• Matching great candidates with the right opportunities
• Managing interviews, feedback and job offers
• Developing new client relationships
• Building your own network and, eventually, your own recruitment desk

You’ll be on the phone, on LinkedIn, meeting people and constantly building relationships.

This isn't an admin job.

It's a commercial role where the more you put into it, the more you can get out of it.

You might be a graduate.

You might have worked in sales, hospitality or retail.
