Tribal Recruitment partners with some of the UK’s leading agencies, brands, and high-growth businesses to hire top talent across digital marketing, paid media, creative, SEO, social, and performance marketing. We’re continuing to grow and are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the business and help scale our Digital Marketing division. This is an opportunity for an ambitious recruiter who wants more ownership, progression, autonomy, and the chance to build a genuine market within a growing specialist agency.
The Role
As a Digital Marketing Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing your own specialist market across agency and in-house digital clients. You’ll work closely with founders and senior leadership while building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates across the digital landscape.
Responsibilities
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across permanent digital marketing roles
- Building and developing relationships with agencies, brands, and decision-makers
- Sourcing and placing candidates across Paid Media, PPC, SEO, Paid Social, CRM, Content, Creative, and Client Services
- Winning new business and growing existing accounts
- Managing candidate pipelines and delivering high-quality shortlists
- Leading client meetings, salary discussions, and offer negotiations
- Developing a strong personal brand within your market
- Working towards individual and team revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience within recruitment (agency experience preferred)
- A proven track record of billing and business development
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach
- Ambitious and motivated by progression and earning potential
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Interest or experience within digital marketing, media, creative, or tech recruitment is advantageous
