We're looking for an experienced SEO Manager to own and scale our organic growth across a fast-moving, tech-driven business. This role is a true 50/50 split between technical SEO and content strategy, working closely with Engineering, Product, and Content teams.
What you'll be doing:
- Own end-to-end SEO strategy across technical, on-page, and content
- Lead technical SEO initiatives: site architecture, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals
- Partner with engineers to implement SEO best practice at scale
- Drive content strategy with a focus on high-intent, technical and product-led content
- Conduct keyword research, content briefs, and performance optimisation
- Monitor performance, report on impact, and iterate based on data
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as an SEO Manager (in-house or agency)
- Strong technical SEO knowledge and confidence working with dev teams
- Experience scaling SEO in a tech, SaaS, or product-led environment
- Data-driven mindset with solid knowledge of SEO tools (GSC, GA, Ahrefs, etc.)
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a remote-first setup
