Senior Recruitment Consultant – Crypto, Web3 & Blockchain
Location: London (Hybrid – 4 days per week in office)
A specialist technology recruitment consultancy is expanding its Crypto, Web3 and Blockchain practice and is now looking to hire a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead and grow this market.
This desk supports companies building the next generation of digital finance, decentralised platforms and blockchain-based technologies , including exchanges, infrastructure providers, protocol teams and Web3 startups. With increasing institutional adoption and ongoing demand for specialist talent, this is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a high-growth, high-fee market with long-term potential.
The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building and scaling a specialist desk within the Crypto and Web3 ecosystem.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and developing relationships with crypto, fintech and Web3 organisations
Delivering permanent and contract recruitment across specialist engineering, product and security roles
Owning and managing a portfolio of live vacancies
Building and maintaining networks of hard-to-find Web3 and blockchain professionals
Identifying new business opportunities and expanding key accounts
Acting as a subject‑matter expert within your market
Supporting and mentoring junior consultants as the team grows
Your Market Focus
You will recruit across roles such as:
Smart Contract Developers
Crypto Infrastructure & Platform Engineers
Web3 Frontend & Product Engineers
Crypto Security & Audit Specialists
These roles sit within venture-backed startups, scale‑ups and established crypto platforms , where skills are scarce and fees are premium.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in agency recruitment (technology, fintech, crypto or digital preferred)
A strong billing track record
Experience working in fast‑moving, innovation‑led markets
Commercially driven with a consultative approach
Confident engaging with founders, CTOs and senior engineering leaders
Willing to work in London 4 days per week
