Are you a strategic PPC leader ready to take ownership of a growing performance function? We’re hiring a PPC Director to lead strategy, performance, and team development for a fast-scaling digital agency in London, driving measurable growth for ambitious entertainment and ecommerce brands.

You’ll own the PPC vision and strategy across multiple high-value accounts, overseeing campaign direction, budget allocation, innovation, and team performance. As a senior leader, you’ll combine hands-on expertise with commercial oversight—ensuring best-in-class execution while identifying new growth opportunities for clients and the agency.

  • Lead PPC strategy across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Display
  • Own forecasting, budget allocation, and performance targets across key accounts
  • Drive account structure, bidding strategies, and testing roadmaps to maximise ROI
  • Present strategic insights and performance updates to senior client stakeholders
  • Identify growth opportunities including new markets, betas, and automation solutions
  • Mentor and develop PPC Managers and Executives, building a high-performing team

6+ years’ experience in PPC with significant agency experience

  • Proven track record of managing large budgets and delivering strong ROAS/CPA performance
  • Advanced knowledge of bidding strategies, attribution models, and incrementality testing
  • High proficiency in GA4, GTM, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets
  • Commercial mindset with experience in forecasting and revenue planning
  • Hybrid working (3 days in Central London office)
