We are looking for a motivated and creative Graduate Paid Social Executive to join our growing performance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate looking to develop a career in paid social advertising within a fast-paced agency environment.
The Role
As a Graduate Paid Social Executive, you will support the planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting of paid social campaigns across a range of retail and consumer clients. You’ll gain hands-on experience across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other emerging platforms while working alongside experienced paid social specialists and creative teams.
This role would suit someone who is highly organised, analytical, creative, and passionate about social media, trends, and digital advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup, management, and optimisation of paid social campaigns across:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok
- Snapchat and other emerging platforms
Requirements
Essential
- Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business, or related subject
- Strong interest in social media, digital advertising, and retail brands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Analytical and comfortable working with campaign data and reporting
- Organised and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
Desirable
- Internship or placement experience in social media, marketing, or advertising
- Familiarity with:
- Meta Ads Manager
- TikTok Ads Manager
