We're hiring on behalf of a leading global agency, one of the world's largest financial services media solutions businesses. The agency partners with some of the biggest financial institutions and B2B brands worldwide. We're looking for an experienced Paid Search Specialist to join the team as a Paid Search Manager. In this role, you'll take ownership of paid search campaigns across a portfolio of high-profile accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of paid search campaigns, from strategy and planning through to activation, optimisation, and reporting.
- Provide strategic leadership, using data-driven insights to enhance campaign performance and outcomes.
- Champion a test-and-learn mindset, exploring new products, targeting approaches, and ad formats.
- Establish and promote best practices to maximise campaign effectiveness and drive continual optimisation.
- Present performance insights and recommendations to clients, building strong relationships and delivering a high standard of service.
- Collaborate closely with wider agency teams on planning, activation, and performance analysis.
- Oversee financial management, including bookings, budget reconciliation, and campaign invoicing.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong market knowledge, particularly within B2B and/or financial services.
- Proven experience managing paid search campaigns in B2B or financial services environments.
- Agency-side experience with in-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
- Familiarity with key digital platforms including Google Marketing Platform (CM360/SA360), Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
- Understanding of additional biddable channels such as paid social and programmatic is an advantage.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with a strong focus on performance-driven insights.
- Confident communicator with strong presentation skills, able to clearly articulate and sell strategies internally and to clients.
