An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Search & Social Manager to join a growing digital agency and take ownership of performance marketing activity across a portfolio of retail, ecommerce and consumer brands. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on campaign management across Paid Search and Paid Social. You'll work directly with clients, develop growth strategies and drive measurable business outcomes through data-driven marketing.

As Search & Social Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing and optimising integrated Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across a range of client accounts. You'll act as a key client contact, delivering performance insights, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring campaigns consistently exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute Paid Search and Paid Social strategies aligned to client objectives.
  • Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok.
  • Optimise campaign performance against KPIs including ROAS, CPA, revenue and lead generation targets.
  • Analyse performance data and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
  • Lead regular reporting calls and performance reviews.
  • Manage campaign budgets, forecasting and pacing.
  • Conduct audience, keyword and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with creative, content and analytics teams to improve campaign performance.
  • Support junior team members through coaching and best-practice guidance.
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends and emerging technologies.
About You:Essential Experience:
  • 3+ years' experience in Paid Search and/or Paid Social, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to drive performance and deliver against commercial objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with campaign data.
  • Experience presenting insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable Experience:
  • Experience with Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads.
  • Knowledge of GA4, Looker Studio and attribution models.
  • Ecommerce and lead generation campaign experience.
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.
  • Understanding of CRO, customer journeys and broader digital marketing channels.
