We’re working with a fast-growing digital agency in London looking for a Biddable Manager to lead paid search activity across a portfolio of high-performing e-commerce and performance-led brands. This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of accounts, shape strategy, and directly impact client growth while mentoring junior team members.
The Role
As a Biddable Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, TikTok and Pinterest. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver best-in-class performance strategies that drive measurable growth. You’ll also play a key role in developing Paid Media Executives, ensuring high standards across campaign delivery and account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, execution, and optimisation of Paid Social and Search campaigns across various platforms
- Lead account builds, restructures, and scaling strategies across e-commerce accounts
- Manage and forecast budgets to hit performance targets (ROAS, CPA, revenue growth)
- Analyse performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and efficiencies
- Deliver insightful client reporting and lead performance calls
- Test and implement advanced bidding strategies, audience layering, and feed optimisation
- Collaborate with Paid Social, SEO, and CRO teams to deliver integrated performance strategies
- Support and mentor junior team members
What You Bring
- 2–4 years’ hands-on PPC experience (agency preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and GA4
- Experience managing budgets and driving performance against ROAS/CPA targets
- Confidence presenting performance insights to clients
- Analytical mindset with strong commercial awareness
- Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive attitude with leadership potential
Salary & Benefits
- £40,000–£45,000 per annum (DOE)
- Hybrid working (2 days per week in Central London office)
