The Role

As a Graduate Paid Social Executive, you will support the planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting of paid social campaigns across a range of retail and consumer clients. You’ll gain hands-on experience across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other emerging platforms while working alongside experienced paid social specialists and creative teams. This role would suit someone who is highly organised, analytical, creative, and passionate about social media, trends, and digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the setup, management, and optimisation of paid social campaigns across:
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • TikTok
  • Pinterest
  • Snapchat and other emerging platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimise targeting, budgets, creatives, and placements
  • Support audience research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring
  • Help brief and coordinate creative assets for paid social campaigns
  • Analyse campaign data and produce weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Support A/B testing across audiences, formats, copy, and creative
  • Assist with campaign tracking implementation including pixels and UTM links
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, social trends, influencer activity, and retail marketing developments
  • Work closely with account managers, designers, and content teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns
  • Support senior team members with client communications and campaign planning
  • Requirements

    Essential

    • Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business, or related subject
    • Strong interest in social media, digital advertising, and retail brands
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
    • Analytical and comfortable working with campaign data and reporting
    • Organised and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
    • Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets

    Desirable

    • Internship or placement experience in social media, marketing, or advertising
    • Familiarity with:
    • Meta Ads Manager
    • TikTok Ads Manager
    • Google Analytics
    • Canva
  • Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or other short-form video platforms
  • Understanding of influencer and creator-led marketing
  • Basic understanding of paid social KPIs including CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and CPA
