We are looking for an experienced German-speaking Paid Media Manager to join our growing digital marketing team. This remote UK-based role will focus on planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns targeting German-speaking markets across multiple digital channels.

The successful candidate will be fluent in German and English, highly analytical, and experienced in driving measurable performance through PPC and paid social campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • YouTube
  • Programmatic advertising platforms
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure delivery against KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
  • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting for German-speaking markets
  • Create and localise ad copy in German and English
  • Analyse campaign performance and produce detailed reports with actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Run A/B testing for creatives, targeting strategies, and landing pages
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and platform updates
  • Ensure campaigns comply with brand guidelines and advertising policies
  • Requirements
    • Fluent German and professional English proficiency
    • 3+ years of experience in Paid Media or Performance Marketing
    • Strong hands-on experience with:

    • Google Analytics (GA4)
    • Meta Ads Manager
    • Google Tag Manager
  • Proven track record managing PPC and paid social campaigns
  • Strong analytical and optimisation skills
