We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and support the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital campaigns across a portfolio of exciting consumer brands, with a particular focus on haircare and beauty.
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will support the delivery and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across paid social and other digital channels. You will work closely with internal strategy, creative, and client teams to help drive brand growth, customer acquisition, engagement, and ecommerce performance. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, social platforms, and performance-driven creative.
Key Responsibilities- Support the setup, management, and optimisation of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Assist with the execution of full-funnel digital marketing campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and make optimisation recommendations against key KPIs.
- Support audience targeting, budget management, and campaign testing strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy, audiences, and formats.
- Track and report on campaign KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CAC, and conversion rates.
- Produce regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Analyse campaign and ecommerce data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Assist with tracking implementation, pixel management, and attribution monitoring.
- Work closely with creative teams to develop engaging, social-first paid media assets.
- Support creative briefing and content testing plans.
- Stay up to date with digital trends, platform updates, and competitor activity within the beauty and haircare industry.
- Contribute ideas for new campaign concepts and performance improvements.
- Support client reporting, campaign updates, and day-to-day account management.
- Collaborate across paid media, influencer, creative, and strategy teams.
- Help ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
- 1–3 years’ experience in digital marketing, paid social, or performance marketing.
- Experience using Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and optimisation principles.
- Comfortable analysing data and producing performance reports.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Interest in beauty, haircare, ecommerce, and social media trends.
- Agency experience is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, Triple Whale, or attribution tools is a bonus.
- A proactive and commercially minded marketer.
- Someone who understands the relationship between creative and performance.
