  • Plan, build, manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta and additional social platforms.
  • Own client budgets, forecasting and media planning, ensuring investment is allocated effectively across channels.
  • Analyse performance against KPIs including ROAS, revenue, CPA, CAC and conversion rate.
  • Identify opportunities to scale accounts through testing, optimisation and new channel opportunities.
  • Develop testing roadmaps across audiences, creative, bidding, campaign structure and landing pages.
  • Turn campaign data into clear commercial insights and recommendations for clients.
  • Lead regular client calls, performance reviews and strategic presentations.
  • Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a trusted paid media advisor.
  • Work closely with creative, strategy, analytics and account teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Support and mentor junior members of the paid media team, providing guidance and quality assurance.
  • Stay ahead of developments across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Paid Social and the wider performance marketing landscape.
  • Contribute to pitches, new business opportunities and the continued development of the agency’s paid media proposition.

About You

You’ll ideally have:

  • ~4+ years’ experience in paid media, ideally within an agency environment.
  • ~ Strong hands-on experience across both PPC and Paid Social.
  • ~ Excellent knowledge of Google Ads, including Search, Shopping and Performance Max.
  • ~ Strong experience with Meta Ads, with exposure to platforms such as TikTok, Pinterest or LinkedIn beneficial.
  • ~ Experience working with retail, e-commerce or DTC brands and a strong understanding of ROAS-led performance marketing.
  • ~ Confidence managing significant media budgets across multiple client accounts.
  • ~ Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn performance data into actionable recommendations.
  • ~ Excellent client-facing and presentation skills.
  • ~ Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.
  • ~ A commercial mindset and an understanding of how paid media contributes to wider client growth.

What’s on Offer

  • Salary up to £58,000, depending on experience.
  • Hybrid working with 2 days per week in the London office.
