Are you a performance-driven Paid Media specialist ready to step up into a Biddable Manager role with more ownership and strategic input? We’re working with a fast-growing digital agency in London looking for a Biddable Manager to lead paid search activity across a portfolio of high-performing e-commerce and performance-led brands.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of accounts, shape strategy, and directly impact client growth while mentoring junior team members.

As a Biddable Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, TikTok and Pinterest. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver best-in-class performance strategies that drive measurable growth.

You’ll also play a key role in developing Paid Media Executives, ensuring high standards across campaign delivery and account management.

  • Lead account builds, restructures, and scaling strategies across e-commerce accounts
  • Manage and forecast budgets to hit performance targets (ROAS, CPA, revenue growth)
  • Analyse performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and efficiencies
  • Deliver insightful client reporting and lead performance calls
  • Collaborate with Paid Social, SEO, and CRO teams to deliver integrated performance strategies
  • Support and mentor junior team members

✅ 2–4 years’ hands-on PPC experience (agency preferred)

Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and GA4

Experience managing budgets and driving performance against ROAS/CPA targets

Confidence presenting performance insights to clients

Analytical mindset with strong commercial awareness

Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment

Hybrid working (2 days per week in Central London office)
