We’re looking for a PPC Account Director to lead paid search strategy for a portfolio of retail clients across ecommerce, omnichannel, and marketplace-driven businesses. You’ll own senior client relationships, define PPC vision, and guide teams to deliver scalable, profitable growth through search.
This role is ideal for a senior search specialist with strong retail experience and commercial acumen.
- Client Leadership & Account Ownership
- Act as the senior PPC lead and trusted advisor for retail clients
- Own account health, performance, retention, and commercial growth
- Lead strategic planning, quarterly business reviews, and roadmap development
- PPC Strategy (Retail-Focused)
- Define PPC strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and retail media platforms
- Lead search, shopping, Performance Max, and feed-driven strategies
- Align PPC activity to retail KPIs including ROAS, CAC, revenue, margin, and stock efficiency
- Guide testing strategies across bidding, structure, feeds, creative, and audience layering
- Lead, mentor, and develop PPC Managers and Executives
- Set standards for account quality, strategic thinking, and execution excellence
- Work closely with paid social, SEO, CRO, data, and merchandising teams
- Ensure PPC integrates effectively with broader performance and retail strategies
- Commercial & Operational Management
- Own forecasting, budgeting, and margin management for PPC accounts
5+ years of PPC experience, ideally within an agency environment. Deep expertise across Google Ads, Shopping, Performance Max, and Microsoft Ads.
