We are seeking an experienced French-speaking Paid Media Manager to join our international digital marketing team. This remote UK-based role will focus on planning, managing, and optimising paid media campaigns across French-speaking markets.

The successful candidate will be fluent in French and English, highly analytical, and confident managing multi-channel performance marketing campaigns with strong ROI and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage paid media campaigns across:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • YouTube
  • Programmatic advertising platforms
  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance to achieve KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
  • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting for French-speaking markets
  • Write and localise ad copy in French and English
  • Manage campaign budgets, forecasting, and spend allocation
  • Analyse campaign data and provide performance reports with actionable insights
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience segments
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and platform updates
  • Requirements
    • Fluent/native French and professional English proficiency
    • 2+ years of experience in Paid Media or Performance Marketing
    • Strong experience with:
    • Google Ads
    • Google Analytics (GA4)
    • Meta Ads Manager
    • Google Tag Manager
  • Experience managing paid social and PPC campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Agency experience is desirable
