Location: London with a hybrid working model (minimum three days per week in the office)
Salary: up to Β£30K

The Role
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering social media strategies, managing online communities, creating engaging content and overseeing day to day social activity across multiple client accounts.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of social platforms, emerging trends and audience engagement, who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands on execution.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a social media role within an agency, brand or media environment.
- Proven experience developing and executing social media strategy.
- Strong understanding of social platforms, content formats, analytics and best practice.
- Excellent copywriting skills with exceptional attention to detail, grammar and tone of voice.
- Passion for social media trends, cultural moments and emerging digital opportunities.
- Experience managing online communities and representing brands across social channels.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Ability to build relationships with internal teams, clients and external partners.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and social media management tools.
- Comfortable implementing processes and collaborating across department.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative social media strategies.
- Manage day to day activity across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and X.
- Plan, schedule and publish content across multiple channels.
- Work closely with clients through meetings, calls and regular communication.
- Manage account budgets and support commercial performance.
- Create or coordinate engaging multimedia content.
- Develop and manage campaigns, competitions and brand activations.
- Build and maintain influencer and creator relationships.
- Conduct audience and market research.
- Manage community engagement and customer interactions.
- Monitor, analyse and report on social media performance.
- Track competitor activity and identify opportunities for growth.
- Recommend improvements based on data and insights.
- Establish KPIs aligned to client objectives.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Champion social media best practices across the wider business.
