We're partnering with a leading independent media agency that works with a diverse portfolio of consumer, retail, lifestyle, and entertainment brands. Due to continued growth, they're looking for an Integrated Media Manager to join their planning team and lead the development and delivery of cross-channel media campaigns.

The Role

As Integrated Media Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, managing, and optimising multi-channel campaigns across both online and offline media. Working closely with clients, media owners, and internal specialists, you'll develop integrated strategies that deliver measurable business results and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop integrated media strategies across digital and traditional channels.
  • Lead campaign planning and activation across channels including Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic, OOH, Display, Video, Audio, and Partnerships.
  • Manage client relationships and act as a key day‑to‑day contact.
  • Collaborate with channel specialists to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and on budget.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage media budgets, forecasting, and campaign reporting.
  • Present media plans, performance reviews, and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging media opportunities, and consumer behaviour.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience within a media agency or integrated marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of both digital and offline media channels.
  • Experience developing and delivering multi‑channel media campaigns.
  • Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
  • Experience managing campaign budgets and reporting.
  • Ability to work across multiple projects in a fast‑paced agency environment.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience with planning tools such as TGI, YouGov, Nielsen, or similar.
  • Exposure to Programmatic, OOH, TV, Audio, or Retail Media.
  • Experience working with consumer, retail entertainment, or lifestyle brands.
