The Opportunity

We're partnering with a premium luxury brand to recruit a talented

Paid Social Manager .

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing marketing team, driving paid social strategy across global campaigns while maintaining the highest standards of brand storytelling and customer experience.

You'll be responsible for planning, executing and optimising paid social campaigns that build brand awareness, increase customer acquisition and drive online revenue across key international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid social strategies across

Meta, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Linked In and Snapchat .

  • Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, from audience planning through to optimisation and reporting.
  • Oversee paid social budgets, ensuring strong ROAS while protecting premium brand positioning.
  • Work closely with Creative, Brand and E-commerce teams to deliver visually compelling campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives and placements.
  • Analyse campaign performance using

GA4, Meta Ads Manager and Looker Studio .

  • Produce actionable performance reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Keep up to date with platform innovations and emerging luxury consumer trends.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and media partners where required.

About You

2+ years' experience managing paid social campaigns, either in-house or agency-side.

  • Strong hands-on experience with

Meta Ads Manager .

  • Experience across

Tik Tok Ads and other paid social platforms.

  • Excellent understanding of paid social metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR and customer acquisition.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using

GA4 and reporting tools.

  • Passion for luxury fashion, beauty, lifestyle or premium retail .
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Desirable

  • Experience working with luxury, premium or fashion brands.
