We're looking for an ambitious
Head of Paid Social to lead our paid social strategy, driving customer acquisition, revenue growth and return on advertising spend across our digital channels.
The Role
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll own our paid social performance strategy across Meta, Tik Tok, Pinterest and emerging platforms.
You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on campaign management, working closely with our Creative, Brand, CRM and Ecommerce teams to deliver profitable growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Paid Social Manager or Lead ready to take the next step into a Head of Paid Social role.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the paid social acquisition strategy across all social platforms.
- Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across Meta, Instagram, Tik Tok and Pinterest.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets and maximise ROAS, CAC and customer lifetime value.
- Develop audience strategies including prospecting, retargeting and lookalike audiences.
- Lead creative testing programmes alongside the in-house design and content teams.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights using GA4, Meta Ads Manager and reporting dashboards.
- Identify new platform opportunities and emerging paid social trends.
- Work collaboratively with Ecommerce, CRM and Paid Search teams to maximise overall digital performance.
- Manage external agencies and technology partners where required.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports for senior stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop a Paid Social Executive as the team grows.
About You
You'll be commercially minded, highly analytical and passionate about scaling ecommerce brands through paid social.
Essential Experience
- 5+ years' experience managing paid social campaigns.
- Proven experience within a D2C or ecommerce retail environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong experience running Tik Tok advertising campaigns.
- Experience managing six-figure monthly advertising budgets.
- Strong understanding of attribution, GA4 and ecommerce analytics.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Desirable
- Experience with Pinterest Ads and You Tube.
- Knowledge of Shopify.
- Experience using Triple Whale, Northbeam or similar attribution platforms.
- Previous management or mentoring experience.
- Success Measures
Within your first 12 months you'll be expected to
- Increase paid social revenue and profitability.
- Improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Scale new customer acquisition across key channels.
- Build a robust creative testing framework.
- Deliver clear reporting and insight to the senior leadership team.
