A growing UK business is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition and digital performance across key channels. This role is focused on scaling revenue, improving efficiency, and identifying new growth opportunities across the full digital funnel.
As Growth Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of performance marketing activity, driving growth across paid channels while working closely with internal teams to improve overall marketing effectiveness. This is a hands-on role with strong ownership, suited to someone comfortable managing both strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities- Own and optimise performance channels (paid search, paid social, and other acquisition channels)
- Identify new opportunities for growth across channels, audiences, and campaigns
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and performance targets
- Analyse data to drive decision-making and improve results
- Work with product, trading, and creative teams to align marketing activity with business goals
- Run testing programmes to improve conversion rates and acquisition efficiency
- Support improvements across landing pages, messaging, and customer journeys
- Deliver clear reporting and insights to stakeholders
- Strong experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing roles
- Hands-on experience across paid media channels (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Proven ability to scale campaigns and drive measurable growth
- Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue and efficiency
- Comfortable working with data and running experiments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in eCommerce or consumer-focused businesses
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4
- Experience with conversion rate optimisation or testing frameworks
- Full-time role
