What You’ll Be Doing
- Sourcing and engaging digital marketing talent across Paid Media, PPC, SEO, Paid Social, CRM, Creative, and Client Services
- Building relationships with candidates and understanding their career goals
- Supporting clients with hiring across agencies and in-house brands
- Writing job adverts, managing interview processes, and coordinating offers
- Using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and outreach to build candidate pipelines
- Learning the digital marketing landscape and becoming a specialist in your market
- Working closely with senior consultants and founders to grow your desk
- Attending digital events, networking opportunities, and industry meetups
What We’re Looking For
