We’re looking for an experienced Digital Consultant with a strong grounding in paid media channels to advise, plan, and optimise high-performing digital campaigns. This role blends strategy, consultancy, and hands-on channel expertise, working with clients or internal stakeholders to drive measurable growth across paid digital activity. You’ll be trusted to lead conversations at a senior level while staying close enough to the detail to ensure delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted consultant on digital and paid media strategy
- Lead planning and optimisation across paid channels, including:
- Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing)
- Display, Programmatic & Video
Skills & Experience
- 7+ years’ experience in digital consulting, paid media, or performance marketing
- Strong hands-on knowledge of paid media platforms and buying models
- Proven experience managing large budgets and complex campaigns
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and clients
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear actions
- Experience working in hybrid or cross-functional teams
- Consulting or agency background
- Experience across multiple sectors or brands
- Familiarity with attribution models, MMM, or incrementality testing
- Experience integrating paid media with CRO, SEO, or wider digital strategy
