As a Digital Account Manager, you’ll act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams — ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brief, and on budget. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping digital strategies across paid media, social, content, and web projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining trusted relationships.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Oversee campaign delivery across channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, SEO, and CRM.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and performance reporting with precision and accountability.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, media, and analytics teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Analyse performance data and present insights that drive optimisation and growth.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.
  • Support junior team members and contribute to process improvements.
About You
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in an agency or client-facing environment.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts or digital projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of performance channels (PPC, Paid Social, Display) and digital strategy.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Data-driven mindset with confidence in analysing campaign performance and drawing insights.
  • A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary and performance-related bonus.
  • Hybrid working model (3 days in our central London office).
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + birthday off.
  • Ongoing professional development and access to industry certifications.
  • A creative, collaborative, and inclusive culture with opportunities to grow your career.
