What You’ll Recruit Into:

  • Platform Security & Resilience

These roles sit inside large, complex, regulated environments — meaning longer contracts, higher day rates and bigger fees.

The Role:

  • Sourcing and placing hard-to-find infrastructure & platform engineers
  • Running full candidate journeys from first call to offer
  • Working closely with account managers who bring you exclusive, well-qualified roles

  • Proven agency recruitment experience (tech, IT or engineering)
  • A strong delivery mindset and hunger to bill
  • Comfortable running multiple high-value roles at once
